Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARC PEM website, desktop software, and related services provided by Hash X Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ARC PEM is project expense management software for architecture and construction firms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes, subject to your active subscription and these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to bind your firm if you register on its behalf.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Paid plans are billed at the prices shown on our Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Access to paid features is granted once payment is confirmed.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the software or its licensing.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in ARC PEM, including its software, branding, and content, remain with Hash X Labs. The data you create in the software remains yours.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ARC PEM is a tool to assist with project and financial record-keeping; it is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation details.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in our registered place of business.
